1. Who we are
Gioielli Perfetti is an e-commerce that operates in modality dropshipping, collaborating with selected qualified suppliers.
The company takes care of order management, customer service and commercial guarantee, while shipping is carried out directly by the manufacturer or distributor.
2. Delivery times and methods
Shipping is generally done by 7–15 working days from the order, based on product availability and destination country.
The customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking code as soon as the product is entrusted to the courier.
3. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the articles. 52–59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without having to indicate the reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send written communication via e-mail indicating the order number and customer data.
The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the return, net of shipping costs incurred.
4. Defective or non-compliant products
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has the right to free replacement or to reimbursement.
The report must be made by 7 days upon receipt, attaching photos and a description of the problem.
The legal guarantee of conformity is valid for 24 months from delivery, as foreseen by Consumer Code.

The main secure payment methods are accepted:

All transactions take place via SSL secure connection.
6. Shipping costs and responsibilities
Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.
In the event of failure to collect or incorrect address provided by the customer, any storage or redelivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
7. All products cannot be purchased because they are unavailable in any version
If no product can be purchased because it is out of stock, there is a cache memory problem. To overcome it, simply clean the data in the site cache or enter "perfect jewels" with another browser not previously used to access our e-commerce or you can continue browsing with the same browser but in incognito mode. At this point the problem should be resolved, but if it persists contact assistance. On the contrary, if this situation occurs only on some products then the stock supply has not yet been carried out, just wait. If you need to purchase quickly, contact assistance for manual stock replenishment.
